BIOGRAPHIES Laura began performing professionally alongside Chaim Topol as ‘Chava’ in "Fiddler on the Roof" at the Regent Theatre. Recently, she was lucky enough to revisit "Fiddler", appearing with Topol again in the Brisbane and Melbourne seasons, this time as his middle daughter 'Hodel'. During the years in between, Laura performed the role of 'Eliza Doolittle' in "My Fair Lady" at Melbourne's Comedy Theatre, as well as ‘Serena Katz’ in the Australasian tour of "Fame – the Musical". Laura has also been singing in gigs and concerts around Melbourne for many years, and has appeared in roles on TV’s “Blue Heelers” and “SeaChange”.
Born in London, Stuart is the eldest son of Desmond Bradley, the international violinist originally from Melbourne. Stuart’s musical education was begun by his father through the study of the violin, from the age of 3 years, and culminated in the achievement of three diplomas from London colleges; LTCL(MusEd) DipMus(Open) LRSM. After taking up bass studies at the age of 11, Stuart’s playing career has spanned more than two decades and has included playing double bass in London (with the LPO and RPO) and bass guitar with LPO, Roger Taylor (Queen) and Take That.
Graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts in 1999, Simon has gone on to become one of Melbourne’s most respected Drum/Percussion teachers and is currently teaching at both Northcote High School and De La Salle College. Simon has performed in many shows, including Cats, Fame, Chicago, Chess, West Side Story and Les Miserables. Earlier this year he made his debut as musical director for De La Salle’s production of the Wiz.
Simon is a pianist, musical director and arranger, whose work has encompassed opera and musical theatre, in classical and more popular genres. He has played keyboard in the orchestras for the Melbourne seasons of "Phantom of the Opera", "Les Miserables", "Chicago", "Sunset Boulevard" and "Showboat" and has worked in the showbands on the m/s Sunbird (Sun Cruises), m/v Rotterdam (Holland America Line), m/v Galaxy (Celebrity Cruises) and m/v Mercury (Celebrity Cruises). Simon graduated from the University of Melbourne with the award for the best final year student and, as a student, recorded a concerto with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra for ABC-FM. Simon is currently the Piano Co-ordinator and Accompanist at ELTHAM College of Education.
